故事讲述在前往新宿的夜间巴士上，一个面露焦急表情的女性坐在那里。她叫宫田真纪子（佐津川爱美），是30岁的护士，婚礼即将举行，她在富山工作。在她的生活中，她从未自己做出过决定。她认为按照社会的规定结婚并生孩子是理所当然的。然而有一天，她突然从一个强盗手中接过一个装有3000万日元的波士顿包。她面临一个选择，是报警，还是...。不知不觉中，真纪子已经坐上了开往东京的巴士。
